Up to now, Bac Ninh has 16 industrial zones approved by the Prime Minister with the development planning to 2020 in Documents No. 1511/TTg-KTN dated August 20, 2014, No. 2007/TTg-KTN dated November 6/ 2015 with a total approved area of ​​6,397.68 ha. From the beginning of 2021, the Prime Minister approved the investment policy of 05 industrial zones, including: Gia Binh Industrial Park, Gia Binh II Industrial Park, Que Vo III Industrial Park - Phase 2, Industrial Park, Que Vo Industrial Park II - Phase 2, Industrial Park Yen Phong II-A; Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Decided to establish 04 new industrial zones: Thuan Thanh I, Gia Binh 1, Gia Binh II, Que Vo III - Phase 2.

The Provincial People's Committee has established 03 new industrial zones according to the Decisions No. 127/QD-UBND dated April 12, 2021 on the establishment of Gia Binh Industrial Park, No. 128/QD-UBND on April 12, 2021 Industrial Park established Gia Binh II Industrial Park, No. 129/QD-UBND on 12/4/2021 established Que Vo III Industrial Park - Division 2, No. 130/QD-UBND established Thuan Thanh I Industrial Park.

In the first 6 months of the year, the Management Board of Industrial Parks implemented: granting 40 planning certificates to investors; Appraisal of basic design and technical design of 21 projects; Issued 40 construction permits and adjusted construction permits for 13 projects.

1.2. Status of promotion, attraction and issuance of Certificate of Investment Certificate

- Newly granted 49 secondary investment projects with a total registered investment capital of 391.12 million USD, reaching 49% of the plan in 2021, specifically: New issuance of FDI projects: 38 investment certificates of secondary projects with total registered investment capital is 312.45 million USD; New domestic projects: 11 investment certificates with total registered investment capital of 1,809.51 billion VND, equivalent to 78.67 million USD.

- Issued 142 times of adjustment of investment registration certificate, of which 32 times of projects adjusted investment capital with total investment capital increased by 125.52 million USD, specifically: 126 turns of adjusted FDI projects, of which: 27 turns investment capital adjustment project with total additional registered investment capital of 43.47 million USD; 16 turns of domestic projects adjusted, of which 05 projects adjusted capital with a total additional registered investment capital of 1,887.4 billion VND, equivalent to 82.05 million USD.

Total newly registered and adjusted investment capital in the first 5 months of 2021 is 516.64 million USD (FDI: 355.91 million USD; domestic: 3,696.88 billion VND, equivalent to 160.73 million USD); achieved 47% (516.64 million USD/1,100 million USD) of the 2021 plan. 1.3. Business management

In the first months of 2021, the activities of enterprises in industrial zones take place in the context of the complicated situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, greatly affecting the production and business situation of enterprises in the provincial industrial zones. It is expected that in the first 6 months of 2021, about 20 projects will go into production and business activities; implement the termination of operation of investment projects and revoke the investment license/certificate/certificate of investment for about 18 projects.

Some indicators on production and business activities of industrial park enterprises in the first 6 months of 2021:

Industrial production value is 548,882 billion dong, reaching 46% of the 2021 plan; Revenue 584,932 billion VND (45%); Export value reached 16,580 million USD (45%); Import value reached 11,485 million USD (49%); Budget contribution reached VND 5,626 billion (49%).

1.4. Labor management:

Bac Ninh industrial zones currently employ 330,000 people, of which 83,807 are local workers (accounting for 26.2%); Female employees are 191,142 people (accounting for 58.1%); Foreign workers are 8,000 people.

2. Other work

2.1. About the organization, staff, finance

2.3. 3. Trade Union work
