For Bac Ninh province, in 2019, the ODA capital for the rural clean water and sanitation program is more than 109 billion dong. By the end of October 27, it has disbursed 101.2 billion, reaching 93%. The province strives from now to the end of the year to disburse 100% of the assigned capital plan.

Concluding the meeting, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc emphasized that ODA is an important resource for the country's development in the condition of low public debt ceiling. The Prime Minister asked the ministries, branches and localities to focus on resolving the shortcomings and problems, in order to disburse the allocated ODA capital as much as possible. Heads of agencies, units and localities must consider this as a key political task in 2020 to improve the morale, attitude and working capacity of the staff, especially enforcement officers. policy. Ministries, branches and localities are answerable to the Prime Minister for allocating sufficient reciprocal capital sources for ODA programs and projects in 2020.
