1. Geographical location
Tien Son Industrial Park (IP) is located in Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province, in the key economic region of Northern Vietnam. This is one of the first and key industrial parks of the province, with a strategic location that is favorable for connecting domestic and international trade. The IP is located within a convenient travel radius:
- About 22 km from Hanoi city center, convenient for connecting with administrative agencies and support services.

- Infrastructure is invested synchronously and modernly: internal traffic system is paved, has large load capacity; stable power supply system from the national grid; water supply, drainage, telecommunications, centralized wastewater treatment system with large capacity to ensure environmental standards.

- Internal traffic system: The internal traffic system accounts for 15% of the total area of the industrial park, is completely built and reasonably arranged within the premises of the industrial park, including 2-lane main roads 37m wide and branch roads 28m wide. Along the roads with 6 m wide sidewalks, underground technical corridors such as electricity, water supply and drainage, and information are arranged. - Power supply system: Tien Son Industrial Park is supplied with electricity from the national grid through a 110/22KV transformer station with a capacity of 2x40 MVA and a power transmission system along the plots to ensure adequate and stable power supply to the fence for all investors in the Industrial Park. Investors can choose to use medium or low voltage electricity depending on their needs.
- Communication system: Bac Ninh Post Office has built a branch in the center of Tien Son Industrial Park with the task of establishing a modern IDD telecommunications network that meets international standards to fully and quickly meet all requirements for domestic and foreign communication services. In addition, the Industrial Park also established a modern IT system to serve the needs of multi-service communication such as data transmission, Internet, IP phone, video conference.
- Water supply and drainage system: In phase 1, the Industrial Park has built a 6,500m3/day underground water treatment plant, a large capacity water tank system and a water supply network to meet all water needs for production and daily life of enterprises in the Industrial Park. Industrial wastewater is collected and treated at the Industrial Park's general wastewater treatment plant. Solid waste from factories is collected and classified before being transferred to the landfill for treatment.
