Adjusting the development planning of the industrial zones in Bac Ninh province

On October 15, 2020, the Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung signed for issuance of the Document No. 1402/TTg-CN on the Project for adjusting the development planning of the industrial zones in Bac Ninh province up to 2020.

The contents approving the adjustment and supplementation to the development planning of the industrial zones in Bac Ninh province up to 2020 are specifically as follows:

Reducing 78.68 hectares of planning for An Viet - Que Vo 6 Industrial Zone in Nhan Hoa and Phuong Lieu communes, Que Vo district; supplementing 78.68 hectares of planning for An Viet - Que Vo 6 Industrial Zone in Que Tan and Phu Luong communes, Que Vo district, Bac Ninh province.


Reducing 250 hectares of planning for Thuan Thanh I Industrial Zone in Song Lieu and Ngu Thai communes, Thuan Thanh district; supplementing 250 hectares of planning for Thuan Thanh I Industrial Zone in Tram Lo, Ninh Xa and Nghia Dao communes, Thuan Thanh District, Bac Ninh Province.

Reducing the planning area of ​​Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Zone from 432 hectares to 300 hectares in Nam Son and Hap Linh wards, Bac Ninh city and Lac Ve commune, Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province.

Increasing the planning area of ​​Thuan Thanh III Industrial Zone from 504 hectares to 536.32 hectares in Gia Dong, Thanh Khuong, Dai Dong Thanh communes, Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh province.

The planning for other Industrial zones in Bac Ninh province continues to be implemented according to the Prime Minister's approval in the Document No. 1511/TTg-KTN dated August 20, 2014.

The Government requests Bac Ninh Province People's Committee: Synchronously implement the planning and development of the industrial zones with the housing projects, social and cultural and sport works for the workers in the industrial zone. Ensure the supply of technical and social infrastructure outside the fence for the operation of the industrial zone. Have solutions to stabilize their life and build the plans for supporting jobs and vocational training for the people whose land is reclaimed. Speed up the progress of construction investment projects for infrastructure of the industrial zones that are slow to deploy. Consider taking out of the planning or adjust to reduce the ​​industrial zone area for the industrial zones in the planning but without capacity to deploy. Apply the regulations of the law to revoke the Investment certificate/Investment registration certificate/Investment policy decision for the industrial zone infrastructure investment project that has not capacity to be implemented....
