On the evening of December 29, 2019, at Yen Phong Industrial Park, Bac Ninh Federation of Labor organized the Program “Reunion New Year Festival - Happy Spring, Thankful to the Party”. Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam attended and presented gifts to the trade union members and employees.

Attending the program were: Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang, Member of the Central Party Committee, Chairman of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Mr. Nguyen Nhan Chien, Member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the provincial National Assembly Delegation; Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, Fatherland Front Committee, Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Departments, branches, districts, towns, cities and numerous of workers and employees in the province.

Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam presented his New Year greetings, security, good health and prosperity to all members, workers and employees in the province. At the same time, very pleased to notify about the achievements in socio-economic development of the country as well as of Bac Ninh province achieved in 2019, this is the basis and resources to continue investing in development and ensuring the social security work. The Deputy Prime Minister acclaimed Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for its creative, practical, meaningful actions, successfully organized activities of looking after and improving the material and spiritual life of the members and employees. Thereby, continue to encourage the employees to work effectively, contribute to building a rich and prosperous Bac Ninh province, bring the country increasingly developing on the way of industrialization, modernization and international integration.

The Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam and the leaders of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and Bac Ninh province presented 2,000 gifts to the trade union members with difficult circumstances; donated 7,000 train tickets to the employees and workers returning home for New Year Festival.

On this occasion, the provincial Confederation of Labor honored 30 typical enterprises that always accompany with the Trade Union organization to look after, guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of the employees.

In the afternoon of January 5, 2020, at the VSIP Industrial Park, the Trade Union of Bac Ninh Industrial Zones coordinated with VSIP Bac Ninh Co., Ltd to organize the Program “Workers’ Festival Day - Reunion New Year Festival 2020”.

Attending the program were: Mr. Tran Van Tuy, Member of Central Party Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Head of Working Committee for National Assembly delegates, Deputy Head of Central Organization Committee; Mrs. Nguyen Huong Giang, Deputy Province Committee Secretary, Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Committee; representatives of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and leaders of some related branches.

The program “Workers’ Festival Day - Reunion New Year Festival 2020” was organized with a series of practical and useful activities for the workers and employees such as: price supported stalls; humanitarian blood donation; free health examination; cultural and art exchange, fashion shows for environmental protection; Cross country run competition festival, Tug of war, “VSIP Beauty” contest; Lucky draw with many meaningful gifts....

Mr. Tran Van Tuy made a speech acknowledging the efforts of enterprise owners, especially the trade union members and workers, employees, positively contributing to the overall socio-economic development task of the province and the whole country. At the same time, praised and highly appreciated the provincial Confederation of Labor, Bac Ninh Industrial Zones Authority, the Trade Union of Bac Ninh Industrial Zones as well as the enterprises that have organized many meaningful, useful and practical programs for workers and employees, took care of, looked after the employees. He proposed that the enterprise community and the Confederation of Labor at all levels and trade union organizations continue to have more practical activities, taking care of and looking after so that all employee can have a warm, joyful New Year Festival.

Mr. Tran Van Tuy and Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Committee Mrs. Nguyen Huong Giang and the leaders of all levels presented 1,683 gifts, 7,344 vehicle tickets with total value of VND 2.3 billion to the trade union members with difficult circumstances and workers, employees far from their countryside to return home for celebrating New Year Festival with their family.
