The whole province has established more than 2,100 new enterprises

In November 2021, the whole province established 232 new enterprises with a total registered capital of more than VND 2,074 billion.

Since the beginning of the year, the whole province has established 2,115 new enterprises with a total registered capital of more than VND 24,465 billion; carried out the voluntary dissolution procedures for 202 enterprises; 965 enterprises registered to suspend their operation; 638 enterprises registered to return to their operation.

Accumulated up to now, there are 20,982 enterprises in the province with a total registered charter capital of more than VND 319,595 billion; in which, 19,458 enterprises are operating with a total registered capital of more than VND 310,371 billion.

For 11 months, the foreign investment attraction reached more than USD 938.8 million; Attracted 53 domestic investment projects

In November, Bac Ninh granted new investment registration for 7 projects with a total registered investment capital of USD 36,858 million, granted capital adjustment for 17 projects with an increased adjusted capital of USD 78,514 million; 7 times of issuing notices of approval of capital contribution, share purchase and equity capital from the foreign investors in the economic organizations with a value of USD 10,189 million; Withdrew 06 projects with a total registered investment capital of USD 16.7 million.

Accumulating 11 months, the total FDI investment attraction capital in the whole province reached more than USD 938.8 million. In which, granted new registration for 115 projects with a total registered investment capital of USD 572,454 million; granted capital adjustment for 93 projects with an increased adjusted capital of USD 210,933 million; Capital contribution, share purchase, equity capital for 73 times with a value of USD 155,449 million.

For domestic investment, in November, the whole province granted new investment registration for 7 projects, the total registered investment capital was VND 879.24 billion; Granted 2 new industrial zone infrastructure projects, the total investment capital was VND 5,569.79 billion; Granted adjustment registration for 11 investment projects, including 4 capital adjusted projects with the total increased adjusted capital of VND 183,646 billion. For 11 months, the whole province granted new investment registration for 53 projects, the total investment capital was VND 19,116,849 billion (in which, granted the Decision on approving the investor selection results: 1 project with the total investment of VND 98,239 billion; granted 2 new Industrial zone infrastructure projects with a total investment capital of 5,569.79). Granted adjusted investment registration for 77 investment projects, including 24 capital adjusted projects with the total increased adjusted capital of VND 4,054,502 billion; Adjusted 1 project for the industrial zone infrastructure investor with a total increased investment capital of VND 1,180.37 billion, equivalent to USD 51.32 million; Withdrew 05 investment projects with a total investment capital of VND 413.69 billion.

Export turnover exceeded 13.3% of the year plan

In November, the export turnover of the independent accounting units in the province was estimated at USD 4,998 million, increased 18.6% over the same period last year. In which, the foreign direct investment enterprises accounted for 99.7% with an increase of 18.5%. For the export articles, the bright spot was phones of all kinds and components, accounting for a main density of 86.4%, with an increase of 31.3%.

Generally, in 11 months, the export turnover was estimated at USD 41,342 million, exceeded 13.3% of the year plan, increased 19.2% over the same period last year. In which, the foreign-invested sector achieved an increase of 19.3%.

In terms of export articles, the highlight is still phones of all kinds and components accounting for the highest density with an increase of 28.8%; the raw materials for textiles, garments and footwear, although accounted for a small density, had the highest increase of 72.4%. However, there are still some products with a deep decline such as: Plastic products decrease 98.2%; wood and wooden products decrease 98.9%.

Report on socio-economic situation in 2021, due to the impact of the 4th outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, many provinces and cities had to implement social distancing, the country’s economy was hurt in many fields. However, Bac Ninh’s economy still grew well, exceeded the set plan, made an important contribution to the development of the country.

The Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in 2021 (SS price in 2010) was estimated to increase 6.08% compared to 2020; the index of industrial production increased by 8.5%; the commodity export increased by 18.7%; the agricultural production shifted positively towards commodity, application of high technology, the production value increased by 5.4%. The Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI) ranked 4th out of 63 (up 46 places); the Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS) ranked 9th out of 63 (up 7 places); the Public Administrative Reform Index (PAR Index) increased by 3.1%, ranked 17th out of 63 (up 1 place); the Provincial Digital Transformation Index (DTI) ranked 3rd out of 63 provinces and cities; the rate of online business registration dossiers reached 97.73%, ranked 3rd in the whole country.
