For the road use fee, in the case that the automobile is changed from no transportation business to the transportation business during the effective period of the Circular 120/2021/TT-BTC, the time for application of fee rate will be calculated from the date when the automobile was recorded in the Test management program of the Vietnam Register as an automobile for transportation business.
